Rangers' Matthew Rempe landed a dangerous hit on Devils' Nathan Bastian. Bastian remained on the ice for a few minutes and got helped off the ice by the medical staff while Rempe was ejected from the game.

Frank Seravalli has reported that there will be no hearing for Matthew Rempe for his controversial hit.
Here's what he said:
"Not expecting a hearing for #NYR Rempe for this hit on #njdevils Bastian. It's the impact of a big man executing a full-body hit."
Rempe, at 6-foot-7 is indeed a tall player and this could've played a role in the League's decision.
