After giving Nick Foligno an extension in recent times, it appears as though the Chicago Blackhawks believe in the veteran group they've assembled around Connor Bedard.
Now, it is being reported that forward Jason Dickinson is also getting an extension, with the deal being worth $4.25 million annually over two seasons beyond 2023-24.
The 28-year old is following up a career high 30 points a season ago with 21 in just 43 games this season, and has become a crucial part of this leadership group.
Now, he is rewarded for his play and his work away from the ice, and if the team can find an elite player to put alongside Bedard, this will be the start of potentially another big dynasty in Chicago.
