Today a top prospect from the 2022 NHL Draft and fan favorite in the draft community has been injured after a massive hit from a Montreal Canadiens prospect.

Fan Favorite First Round Pick Injured After Massive Hit

Former first-round pick in 2022 Brad Lambert has been enjoying a breakout season in the AHL. While carrying the puck up the ice Lambert was drilled into the ice by Montreal Canadiens prospect Tobie Paquette-Bisson.
The fan favorite at the time of his draft slipped compared to where many expected him to be drafted. Now in his first season in Manitoba, the Finnish forward has 25 points in 29 AHL games. Unfortunately, he went down the tunnel after being injured and has not returned.
As more updates become available on Lambert's health we will provide them to you.
