The circumstances leading to that major trade are quite intriguing.
At the last draft, the player told Flyers' GM Daniel Briere that he was glad to be a part of the organization.
Later, he mentionned that he wouldn't sign in Philadelphia, forcing Briere to trade him.
Fortunately for the Flyers, they managed to get an interesting return in Jamie Drysdale, who shines by his talent and his great personality.
Gauthier, on the other hand, shined for different reasons.

Gauthier Makes Major Statement, Revealing His True Arrogance

In a recent interview, Gauthier revealed that he believes any coach he'd play for would love to have him on their team.
"I think that any coach I play for would love to have me on their team"......Cutter Gauthier yesterday"

Making a comment like this is a bit of a stretch considering he has never even made it to an NHL roster yet.
This kid has quite the opinion of himself, doesn't he ? He may need an attitude adjustment when he gets to the NHL

This personality trait isn't good to have in the NHL. We hope that the Ducks will see it and address it before he joins the league.
Do you think Cutter Gauthier is arrogant?
