Connor Bedard's performance to start the season has been incredible, good enough to silence the people who doubted him.

Bedard's Performance to Start the Season Good Enough to Silence Haters

There is no question that Connor Bedard has been the most hyped player in NHL history entering the season this year. What was a question, though, was whether or not his rookie season would live up to the hype. He was carrying massive expectations, and some Coaches and Players didn't think he should have had the hype that he got.
With his incredible start this year, though, those who think he didn't deserve the hype have been silenced by his tremendous play and highlight-reel goals.
Earlier in the season, some veteran NHL coaches & players were quietly complaining about how much media coverage Connor Bedard was getting.

But the rookie has just delivered for Chicago, again and again. Haven't heard those comments in weeks.

Overtime Goal and Shootout Goal Have Cemented Bedard in the NHL

Even though he has an incredible 32 points in his first 34 NHL games, there seemed to be a turning point to how people view Bedard after he scored his first shootout goal and potted an overtime winner not long after.
If that wasn't enough to convince you of Bedard's NHL prowess over the past few weeks, why not add a Michigan goal to the list of highlights.
Bedard is clearly worthy of all the praise that he was given to start his Rookie season, and seems to be fitting right into the NHL game. Chicago fans will be happy to watch him play long into the future.
