Connor Bedards skating and hands were on full display in a 13-and-a-half-minute video from a recent skills camp. During this camp, Bedard would go up against fellow NHLers Kent Johnson (Columbus), Andrew Cristall (Capitals), Vasily Podkolzin (Canucks), Luca Cagnoni (Sharks), Angus Crookshank (Sens), and more. This loaded list makes Bedard's stand-out performance all the more impressive.
Can Bedard Save Chicago
The Chicago Blackhawks were one of the worst teams in the NHL this past season. With Bedard likely making the roster the new question is how much can they really improve in one season? If we take a look at other teams who drafted generational talents such as the Edmonton Oilers after selecting Connor McDavid or the Pittsburgh Penguins after selecting Sidney Crosby the answer is likely not enough.
