With less than a day before free agency opens in the NHL, the most-sought after forward on the market will certainly be Taylor Hall. Arizona Coyotes GM Bill Armstrong has already announced the team will not be re-signing him so Hall will hit free agency with no lack of offers. According to TSN's Darren Dreger, three teams have emerged as the front-runners for Hall's services.

Appearing on TSN 1260, Dreger stated the three teams really pushing for Hall are the Nashville Predators, Columbus Blue Jackets and the Montreal Canadiens. All three teams are looking for scoring, something Hall should be able to provide.

Dreger also stated he expects Hall will take his time and won't sign anything until Sunday or Monday.

The 28-year-old Hall was selected first overall in the 2010 Entry Draft by the Edmonton Oilers and spent the first six seasons of his NHL career there before he was dealt to the Devils. He captured the Hart Trophy as NHL MVP during the 2017-18 season as a member of the Devils. Hall has collected 563 points (218 goals, 345 assists) is 627 NHL games.
