Pete DeBoer Gives Insight Into How Jamie Benn Handled His Suspension

The Stars coach has revealed how his captain has been since receiving his two game suspension.

Obviously any NHL player is not a fan of being suspended, especially in the playoffs.

Stars captain Jamie Benn was suspended 2 games for this brutal cross-check on Mark Stone.

Stars Coach Pete DeBoer has revealed how Benn has been handling his suspension.

This makes a lot of sense as the Stars have been facing elimination the past two games.

Now that Benn is back, the Stars will look to be only the fifth team in NHL history to complete a reverse sweep. Having all of the momentum in the series, Benn's return will be a major add for the Stars and we can expect them to put up a fight in game six.
