This is it, time to do whatever it takes to pull out the win, and it looks like Boston Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery is doing just that. Montgomery flat out refused to discuss any lineup changes for his team ahead of game 7 of their opening round series against the Florida Panthers tonight, but what happened in practice spilled the beans.

First off, Jeremy Swayman was the first goaltender off the ice for the Bruins. That means he's getting the start in game 7, which marks the first post season start of his young career. It's a major move at a huge time, as Linus Ullmark has played all six games of the series so far.
Meanwhile, Connor Clifton and Nick Foligno were the skaters who stayed out late for Boston, meaning they'll be healthy scratches for game 7. Matt Grzelcyk and Trent Frederic will be filling their lineup spots.
The pressure is clearly on Boston to win game 7 considering the record-setting regular season the team had in 2022-23. Florida pulling out the win would make for a major upset.
