It has just been revealed by an insider that the Tampa Bay Lightning will be down four critical players for game two against Toronto. These injuries follow a testy game last night in which Tampa beat Toronto 7-3.

Hedman, Cernak, Eyssimont, and Cole Absent From Practice

As the Lightning took the ice this morning to prepare for their next match against the Maple Leafs, a reporter noticed many familiar faces missing on the ice. It turns out the four of Tampa Bays most crucial pieces would miss practice due to injury.

This is terrible news for the Lightning, who will have to replace some key contributors throughout their lineup. Jon Cooper met with the media this afternoon to discuss the absences in his lineup, and he provided some relief to fans.

While Erik Cernak and Michael Eysimmont will not play in tonight's game, there is a possibility that Victor Hedman and Tanner Jeannot will play. Hedman and Jeannot will be game time decisions, and hopefully the two are feeling good enough to return to action.
