John Tortorella When Asked About His Team's Play So Far, 'We Suck'

John Tortorella has never been one to mince words, and during an in-game interview, he was asked about the Flyers' start against the Columbus Blue Jackets. They surrendered the first goal just over ten minutes in, and the Blue Jackets were controlling the majority of play to open the game.

When asked about it, Tortorella kept his answer short, sweet, and to the point.

The Flyers lost the game 5-4, so perhaps their coach's words sunk in. With their loss tonight, Philadelphia are now the losers of four in a row and eight of their last 11.

Torts' squad came out of the gate strong, but are sinking like a stone down the NHL's leaderboards. Which, if we're being honest, is both expected and favorable for the Flyers, given the talent in the upcoming draft and their total lack of high-end prospects.
