Evander Kane's ex appears to take pleasure in his gruesome injury
There's no question there's a lot of bad blood between Evander Kane of the Edmonton Oilers and his ex-wife Anna Kane. There have been bitter court battles, horrible accusations, and a court order to stop talking about him on social media. It seems Anna wasn't about to give up an opportunity to revel in her ex's horrible injury suffered during a game Tuesday night, though.
If you missed it, Kane had some scary moments when he was knocked to the ice during the game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, and then had to leave the game immediately after the skate of Pat Maroon sliced his wrist.
According to reports, Kane was yelling "help, help, help" as he skated to the bench. He was transported to hospital and underwent surgery right away. As for his ex's reaction, Anna posted a picture of herself on Instagram with the caption "only smiles over here"
She also took the opportunity in the post to promote her "OnlyFans" page.
This isn't the first time Anna has made disparaging remarks about Kane on social media. Far from it. It seems even she felt she went too far with this one, deleting the post quickly. Screenshots, however, last forever.
