Germany releases 2022 World Junior roster

The 2022 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship is set to get underway in just over a week at Rogers Place in Edmonton (Alberta) and teams are getting their rosters finalized.

As everyone knows, the original tournament back in December was cancelled only a few days in due to COVID-19 cases among a few teams. The International Ice Hockey Federation then announced back in the spring that the tournament would be replayed in full, with Rogers Place, home of the Edmonton Oilers, hosting from August 9th to 20th.

Let's take a look at Germany's roster for the upcoming tournament.

Germany will open their 2022 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship schedule on August 9th against the United States. They'll then face Austria on August 10th, Switzerland on August 13th and will wrap up group play on August 15th against Sweden.
