Edmonton Oilers forward Jesse Puljujarvi has been the topic of trade rumors for much of his young career, and it seems that this is the summer that he is finally moved. The problem is that the Oilers are upset over the lack of interest in the once highly-touted forward.

TSN's Darren Dreger recently talked about how there is just not that much interest in the 24-year-old across the league. Although, Dreger explained that there are three or four teams "nibbling" at the young forward, but there have not been a lot of serious conversations.

He doesn't fit in the bottom-six of Edmonton, and it seems that he is not quite to the skill level that McDavid and Draisaitl want in the top-six. Dreger believes that the Oilers are afraid that Puljujarvi will "pop" at the next place he goes to, but if there is no fit in Edmonton, they need to move on.

With all this being said, it sounds like the team will not be getting the amount of return that they want if they do indeed trade Puljujarvi, but it seems to be a waste of time and money on both sides if he were to stay in Edmonton.
