Blues add veteran defenceman Nick Leddy

According to Frank Seravalli, the St. Louis Blues have traded veteran defenceman Nick Leddy to the Detroit Red Wings in exchange for Oskar Sundqvist and Jake Walman.

Leddy, 31, had sixteen points (one goal, fifteen assists), sixteen penalty minutes and was a -33 in 55 games with the Red Wings.

Sundqvist, a native of Boden (Sweden), has appeared in 41 games this season, putting up fifteen points (four goals, eleven assists), twelve penalty minutes and is a plus-four.

As for Walman, 26, he's in his second full season in the National Hockey League. In 32 games, he's recorded six points (three goals, three assists), six penalty minutes, and is a plus-three.
