Jacob Trouba with a text-book hard, clean check on Luke Kunin (video)

Who replaced Jacob Trouba with Niklas Kronwall? Trouba has been dishing out hard hits this season with the New York Rangers, and it continued Sunday night as he laid out Luke Kunin during a game against the Nashville Predators. The hit, which drew a crowd, was hard and clean, which seems to be Trouba's trademark right now.

Trouba recently sent Chicago's Jujhar Khaira to hospital after steamrolling him. The next night, he smacked Colorado's Nathan MacKinnon hard enough to leave him in pain and draw in teammate Gabriel Landeskog, who would challenge Trouba to a fight. There's still some argument over whether previous hits were clean. However, there were no penalties because of them, and no discipline from the league in the way of a suspension and/or fine.
