San Jose Sharks forward Evander Kane continues to find himself in interesting situations to say the least. This time, involving his divorce...again. The 30-year-old is now claiming that his ex faked a pregnancy over the past couple of months. To make matters even more complicated, Kane is also calling for a mental exam to prove that she is stable enough to care for the former couple's daughter.

TMZ Sports first reported that this information is all in new court documents, which includes the claim that his ex wife, Anna Kane, has been lying to everyone about the pregnancy since July.

According to Kane, he was convinced that Anna was pregnant with their second child which is supposedly due in February 2022. Anna talked about the baby and Kane saw her midsection grow throughout the last couple months.

The problem is that after he investigated recent medical bills, he allegedly found that Anna had actually received an aborton back in July.

The former-NHL star is accusing her of being pregnant for months and even wearing «some sort of pregnancy belly» in order to make a fool of him.

Now, Kane is convinced that she is not in the mental capacity to raise their daughter. He is requesting that the court step in to give him full custody of their girl, as well as requiring an examination for Anna to prove that she is mentally stable.

Anna did admit that she did not tell Evander or the court that she was no longer pregnant, although she did deny ever wearing any sort of artificial device to look pregnant. Along with this, she claims that she is mentally stable and will have no problem continuing to care for their daughter.

Currently, Evander has temporary custody of the child, but there is a hearing scheduled for December to discuss the matters further.
