Back in late-October, Toronto Maple Leafs forward partnered with Movember to raise money and awareness for men's health issues such as prostate cancer.

Matthews said that he would shave off his mustache if he reaches his goal of $134,000 for Movember. The 24-year-old made the same pledge last year, but ultimately failed to reach that goal, but this year, he did. As of 8pm on Saturday evening, Matthews raised $136,304.

"Just got an email informing me Auston Matthews is shaving his mustache. One of the more odd press releases I've seen, but it's for a great cause. He set a goal of raising $134,000 for Movember and reached it," said Jesse Granger of The Athletic said in a tweet.

No matter who you're a fan of, you love to see stuff like this. Congratulations to Matthews for reaching and surpassing his goal. His donation is going to make a big difference for the Movember Foundation.
