The Toronto Maple Leafs relaxed dress code restrictions have reportedly been tightened again after someone decided to try and push the boundaries as far as possible.

"No more 'business casual' for [Toronto]," said analyst Jack Han on Twitter. "Someone stepped over the line and ruined it for everyone. Back to suits."

According to Han, it was GM Kyle Dubas who reinstated restrictions after someone showed up to the rink a little too relaxed.

"I found this out a few days ago and forgot, because it's a stupid thing to get worked up over. Then I saw the SN intermission and remembered," he said. "Someone wore a t-shirt to the rink, GM cancelled the experiment."

It's a seemingly simple thing that seems to have divided many fans. For just about as long as professional hockey has been around, players have been expected to wear suits to the rink on gamedays, until the last couple of seasons when Arizona decided to relax the rules, followed recently by Toronto. Some feel players should be expected to look professional when they show up for a game. Others don't care what they look like as long as they perform on the ice.
