The outpouring of support for former "Black Ace" Kyle Beach since revealing himself on Wednesday as the Blackhawks player who was sexually assaulted by video coach Brad Aldrich in 2010 has helped to bring just a little bit of light to an otherwise dark situation, but there is still some work that needs to be done to make right what was wrong, with Kevin Cheveldayoff and Joel Quenneville still needing to answer for their roles in preventing Beach's abuser from being held accountable for his crimes.

On Thursday, TSN's Craig Button absolutely went off on the Blackhawks organization, including the since departed Joel Quenneville and Kevin Cheveldayoff, during an appearance on Leafs Lunch.

Among Button's main points that he wished to drive home was the fact that Beach shouldn't feel responsible for the crimes Aldrich had committed after his time with the Blackhawks, and that it was the leadership group who is really to blame.

Button really tore into that group, stating Quenneville, Cheveldayoff and former Hawks GM Stan Bowman are not leaders, implying that their cowardess and unwillingness to do what was right has rendered them unfit to lead.

I'm sure many share the opinion that anyone and everyone responsible for covering up this vile act should never be employed by an NHL team again - a sentiment that Button emphasized in his heated rant.
