The Chicago Blackhawks home arena has given an update regarding entry to the facility. The United Center will require all event attendees, including Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls fans, to present proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to enter the arena.

According to the statement made by the United Center's representatives, the decision was made to continue to provide the best environment possible for a safe return for fans and its employees.

NHL and NBA final health and safety guidelines have still not been announced, but the arena is preparing for what could be the potential league protocols.

The Blackhawks will be looking to find their way back into the postseason after making some huge offseason additions this year in Marc-Andre Fleury and Seth Jones. Along with this, team captain Johnathon Toews is healthy and will also be back with the team, which will provide a huge boost to the team's play and environment.
