Today is the big day everyone has been waiting for, as Sean Higgins is set to meet the judge and get information as to how his case will be proceeding.

A man charged with DUI and being involved in an accident who murdered Columbus Blue Jackets player Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew is due in court Thursday.
Sean Higgins, 43, is scheduled to make his first appearance in Salem County, New Jersey. He was indicted on several traffic violations and two counts of vehicular homicide from the August 29th incident. The accident happened on County Road 551 in Oldmans Township, where Higgins is accused of hitting the brothers while they were riding their bicycles.
Sean Higgins briefly appeared virtually in court last Friday, when his arraignment was set for Thursday. He has been held in the Salem County jail ever since and has been told not to talk about his case with other inmates.
At last week's hearing, Sean Higgins appeared in a "safety smock," worn by inmates who have demonstrated self-harm tendencies. After charges and his rights as a suspect were read to him, Higgins asked, "So, I'm here until Thursday?", clearly showing no remarks for his actions.
Fans are hoping his bond is set very high so that he will be unable to leave the jail.
