Baltimore Ravens star Mark Andrews was involved in a very scary car crash and luckily avoided any major injuries, as reported by the team on Wednesday.

Mark Andrews is a three-time Pro Bowl tight end and was able to rejoin his team for the morning meetings after he was involved in the car crash.
"Mark Andrews was involved in a car accident while driving to the Under Armour Performance Center early Wednesday morning," the Ravens said. "Andrews was evaluated by medical staff at the Ravens' training facility and did not sustain any apparent injuries. He later joined the team for morning meetings.
Mark Andrews received a lot of support and well wishes from the fans, and he was sure to thank them afterwards.
"I appreciate everyone's thoughts and well wishes. This is a great reminder about the importance of wearing seatbelts and remaining alert while driving a car," he said.

About to begin his 7th season with the Ravens, Mark Andrews only played in 10 games last season as he was dealing with an injury. In those 10 games, he managed 45 catches for 544 yards while earning himself six touchdowns.
Over his career, Mark Andrews has 381 catches for 4,857 yards and 40 touchdowns.
