Jeremy Swayman has not filed for arbitration, leading many to question his future with the Boston Bruins.

The deadline to file for arbitration was at 5pm today, and Swayman has not filed. This is leading many to believe he is questioning his future with the Boston Bruins.
Jeremy Swayman (BOS) did not file for arbitration. #NHLBruins
25 year-old Swayman shared the crease with Linus Ullmark last season for the Bruins. Swayman posted a spectacular save percentage of .916 and a goals against average of 2.53. He won 25 of the 44 games he started. Now that Linus Ullmark has been traded to the Ottawa Senators, the Bruins were really counting on Swayman to be their full-time number 1 goalie. Those plans could potentially be changing. Could the Bruins possibly be losing both starters they had from last season in the same week?
TRADE ALERT: The #Sens have acquired G Linus Ullmark from @NHLBruins
in exchange for (Boston's original) '24 first-round draft pick (no. 25 overall), C Mark Kastelic and G Joonas Korpisalo. As part of the transaction, the #Sens will retain 25% of Korpisalo's remaining salary.

Bruins fans have been accustomed to seeing both Swayman and Ullmark engage in their signature victory celebrations over the last couple of years. Many fans accepted the fact that Ullmark was traded away, and were looking forward to still having Swayman in goal. Whether that happens now, remains to be seen.
