After last night's Game 7 loss to the Edmonton Oilers the Vancouver Canucks are facing a lot of criticism in particular from the media including analyst Paul Bissonnette.

The Vancouver Canucks came out last night in a must-win Game 7 and laid an egg. In every area of the game they were outplayed for the majority of the game. This led to an epic rant on multiple occasions from NHL analyst Paul Bissonnette.

The first rant came after another failed powerplay for the Vancouver Canucks. Paul Bissonnette pointed to this as a major disparity between the two teams in the series.

Canucks PP atrocious. Couldn't get any momentum last game either. Had to test Skinner early and have failed in back to back games to do so. I'm feeling good if I'm an Oilers fan. Brown looked like he went to my hockey school on the breakaway christ.

Then Paul Bissonnette a short time later decided to move his frustrations into video form. This time after the second period where the Canucks found themselves with not a lot of believers left.

After 40. Brutal. This one's over. #canucks #letsgooilers

In the third period, the Canucks would find some energy to rebound. They were able to put two goals behind the Edmonton Oilers and come within one goal with a few minutes left in the game.

Despite their best efforts in the final five minutes Paul Bissonnette would go on to be right as it was too little too late for the Vancouver Canucks. Without key players like Thatcher Demko and Brock Boeser the Canucks just did not have enough firepower to keep up with the Edmonton Oilers.
