An insider dropped a major hint about William Nylander's health ahead of the second game of the Leafs Vs. Bruins series.

After missing the first matchup against the Boston Bruins and seeing his team lose by a whopping 5-1 score, William Nylander would certainly like to come back in the lineup for Monday night's game.

The insider Jordan Schmaltz shared a major hint on X that could indicate good news for the Swedish forward.

According to him, some work still needs to be done, but some good news could emerge before the puck drops.

Yesterday, Nylander was on the ice for the Leafs' optional skate in Boston, which could corroborate with Schmaltz's statement.

"William Nylander was among the #leafs who took part in a highly optional skate in Boston this afternoon. It's the first time he's been spotted on the ice since Wednesday's game in Tampa."

Nylander, a proud and fierce competitor, surely wants to get back on the lineup as soon as possible.
