He revealed that he'll hang up the skates after the playoffs, meaning that tonight's game between Colorado and Edmonton will be the last regular season game of his career:

He doesn't want to make a big deal of it, but #Avs Zach Parise confirmed tomorrow night will be the last regular-season game of his career.

He's also happy he came back and ready for one more chance to win the Stanley Cup:

"Yeah, I've decided. I'm not going to make a big deal out of it. I was content coming back that this would be the last one."

"It's been awesome to be a part of. The experience itself. Playing with these guys and even just practicing with them, it makes you a better player — even at my age. It's gone even better than I thought it would be."

In 111 playoff games, Parise scored 37 goals and 43 assists. He'll undoubtedly leave all he has on the ice in the coming weeks to win the Stanley Cup.
