In a WHL game involving Connor Bedard's former team, things got out of hand when coaches and goaltenders got involved in a massive brawl.

The Moose Jaw Warriors were up 9-1 against the Regina Pats with less than ten minutes to play in the third period.

A major scrum emerged towards the end of the third period in the game between the Regina Pats and the Moose Jaw Warriors in the WHL. Connor Bedard's former junior team was trailing behind 9-1 and players on the ice lost their temper.

A few skaters were fighting, and the two goalies started to move towards the center line, removing their equipment. Then, they engaged in a spirited bout.

After the fight, even the coaches started to scream at each other and ended up being ejected from the game by the referees.

This should lead to multiple suspensions being handed out to the players. Consequences are also expected for the coaches.

We don't see such major altercations in hockey too often these days.
