Maple Leafs Make Last-Minute Deadline Trade
Reports from Elliotte Friedman and Jeff Marek have confirmed that the Maple Leafs have completed a deal with the Minnesota Wild. The deal will bring forward Connor Dewar to Toronto.
Per @jeffmarek, Connor Dewar to Toronto
Dewar this season has played 57 games for the Wild and has 14 points. He will bring a young presence to the Maple Leafs bottom six at just 24 years old. The Maple Leafs felt they needed a forward to round out the lineup and Dewar was their guy.
