An NHL broadcaster has brutally called out an NHL forward for his diving antics in a recent NHL game.

In last nights 3-1 win over the Vancouver Canucks, Colorado Avalanche forward Ross Colton drew a penalty that caused many fans to speculate that it is a case of embellishment.

Kouleas calls out Ross Colton

The Head coach of the NHL Rick Tocchet was really not happy with the penalty call and neither were radio announcers.

An announcer for the NHL Network Steve Kouleas called out Ross Colton for the embellishment during that play on twitter also known as X.

Ross Colton is the biggest diver in the NHL!!! Jacks would have not called that !!!!!!

We wouldn't necessarily say that Ross Colton is the biggest diver in the NHL when there are players like Brad Marchand and Tim Stutzle in the NHL, but Colton is definitely starting to create a track record.

Hopefully, NHL referees start to take action and penalize players who very clearly exaggerate and embellish to create a far more competitive game, as embellishing is becoming far more often in today's NHL.
