Adam Fantilli is one of the NHL's best rookies this season, despite playing on a struggling Columbus Blue Jackets team. Fantilli has been able to score 12 goals and 15 assists in his first 49 games in the NHL.
Now, however, things aren't looking so great for the rookie. It was reported that Fantilli left Climate Pledge Arena in a boot after the Blue Jackets game against the Settle Kraken, despite Blue Jackets Head Coach Pascal Vincent saying that he was just 'questionable' for the remainder of their road trip.

Fantilli Suffers Lower Body Injury During Game Against the Kraken
The video doesn't make it any better for Blue Jackets fans, as Fantilli clearly reacts to something in his foot immediately after delivering a hit to a Kraken player. It appears that he came down onto his ankle the wrong way. Take a look.
Fantilli would not return to the game after this play, and the Blue Jackets ruled him out with a lower-body injury. Despite this, the Blue Jackets did not have a full report on Fantilli's injury.
