Crosby Tied Into Internet Scam By Social Media Ads

There has been a weird trend these days on X.com when it comes to ads placed on the website, where famous people are used in the photos of misleading news articles in order to drive clicks to websites. Now, this trend has gotten to Sidney Crosby.

Obviously, Crosby likely has no knowledge of this even happening, and it is a troubling trend that has been allowed to happen on X.com since its change of ownership. We will see if Crosby takes any action against the matter.

Crosby Having Success This Season Despite Penguins Struggles

There is no question that Sid is having an incredible season this year, with 48 points in 44 games so far. It seems like Crosby is not slowing down with age, and could continue playing for several more years to come despite speculation that his career could be coming to a close soon.
The Penguins, on the other hand, have struggled this season. They sit near the bottom of the Metro division, with just Blue Jackets below them. In Kyle Dubas' first year as GM, his additions have not done much to help the team make a push for Crosby and Malkin's potential last run at the cup.
