The Arizona Coyotes are building a very nice core for themselves in the future, but in the present, it still appears as though some names can't find their ideal playing time.

A young RFA

One of those players is 22-year old winger Jan Jenik, who has played in just 17 games with the Coyotes over the past three years, tallying 4 goals and 1 assist for 5 points over that time.

In his time with the AHL affiliate Tucson Roadrunners, Jenik has been a standout, racking up 84 points in 110 games with the team, but ultimately, he's yet to find quality, consistent playing time at the NHL level.

Trade request

Now Jenik, an un-signed RFA has officially made it known that he wants out of Arizona, and at this point, it's hard to see them finding a reason to not make the move, unless they can't find a taker.

At just 22-years of age, standing at 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds with a great shot and fantastic athleticism, Jenik definitely has the talent to be an NHLer, but now it's up to other teams to make their interest known and find a spot for him.
