One of the leagues most controversial players in the league will be on the move again.

The Trade

A trade is in place with the Philadelphia Flyers and Carolina Hurricanes involving Tony DeAngelo.

The Carolina Hurricanes will be re-acquiring the 27-year-old defenseman played for the canes back in the 2021-2022 season where he excelled with 51 points in 64 games.

DeAngelo's History

DeAngelo has had a rough history in the NHL with stories of him using racial slurs to his own teammates that saw him get shipped out of New York.

He has now moved from Arizona to New York to Hartford to Carolina to Philadelphia and now back to Carolina it looks like.

DeAngelo's personality issues has gotten him moved around the league a bunch in his young career, only time will tell if Carolina will be a permanent home for him.
