Kyle Dubas has been laid off as the Leafs' GM after last season and is now the President of Hockey Operations in Pittsburgh.

After spending the last nine years in Toronto, he made a curious declaration during an interview, roasting his former city.

Dubas Roasts Toronto

Only weeks after moving to Pittsburgh, Dubas already feels at home.
It's a good thing, and we're happy for him.
But his latest statement might not go down well with Leafs fans.

Home is Where the Heart Is

"It's a great city," said Dubas, referring to Toronto. "But here [Pittsburgh] feels like home."

It's like he's saying that he feels more at home after a couple of weeks in Pittsburgh than he did after nine years in Toronto.
Of course, you feel at home wherever you feel loved. And he feels at home in Pittsburgh.
He probably had the same feeling in Toronto in his early days, but it's normal that he doesn't feel loved there anymore; Shanahan dumped him.
We're happy to see him happy, and we can't wait to see what direction the Pens will take now that he's in charge.
