The Greatest Prediction in Hockey History is Now Making Rounds on Social Media

Some bets are truly amazing, and if this guy had wagered on this particular one, he could be rolling in money now.

The day Vegas found out their NHL team would be called the Golden Knights was a day of celebration.

That was back in 2017, and hardly anyone could have dreamed that they would be in the run for the Stanley Cup Finals the very next year, and a game away from the trophy six years later.

Interestingly, this Twitter user predicted back on November 23rd, 2016 that the Golden Knights would clinch the Stanley Cup in 2023.

It's quite remarkable that this user not only guessed the year the team would win, but also predicted the team's name. It almost feels like they had a peek into the future.

If they had placed a bet on this, they'd be sitting on a pile of money now!
