The Ottawa Senators had an extremely difficult night in Chicago taking on the Blackhawks on Monday night as the NHL's second-worst team shut them out, 5-0.

Senators captain Brady Tkachuk tried his best to spark the team, but it ultimately didn't work. In the second period, after making contact with Blackhawks netminder Alex Stalock, Tkachuk dropped the mitts with Jarred Tinordi.

It was a fairly even fight for the most part, but Tkachuk landed several blows to Tinordi and took him down to the ice before being separated by the officials.

Flash forward to late in the third period, where after a whistle, Tkachuk needed to be restrained by the officials as he was trying to skate down to fight Alex Stalock. The officials then sent a very unhappy Brady Tkachuk to the dressing room for the remainder of the game.

Tkachuk ended the game with 17 total penalty minutes. Two minutes for roughing late in the first period, five minutes for the fight with Tinordi in the middle frame and a ten minute misconduct in the third period.
