The Nashville Predators are currently seven points back of the Minnesota Wild for the second and final wild card spot in the Western Conference.

It's unclear how the Predators will approach the National Hockey League's trade deadline, which is only nine days away, but it's probably a safe bet to assume they'll be looking to sell some of their pending unrestricted free agents.

According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Predators are reportedly shopping 2016 first-round pick and pending restricted Dante Fabbro.

Friedman added that one of the teams that has shown interest in Fabbro is the San Jose Sharks.

Fabbro, 24, has appeared in 52 games this season for Nashville, recording eight points (one goal, seven assists), 36 penalty minutes and is a minus-one.
