Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane is going to be highly sought after over the next few weeks as we inch closer to the NHL's trade deadline on Friday, March 3rd.

Over the last little while, it's become known that two teams that have interest in Kane are the Dallas Stars and New York Rangers, the latter is more than likely out of the running after the acquisition of Vladimir Tarasenko.
According to Scott Powers and Mark Lazerus of The Athletic, a trio of teams have joined the Stars in expressing interest in the three-time Stanley Cup champion. Those teams are, the Carolina Hurricanes, Minnesota Wild and Vegas Golden Knights.
"There are several teams for which Kane could make sense, but that doesn't always mean there's real interest there. Four teams with confirmed interest are Carolina, Dallas, Minnesota and Vegas. The question is, of course, is Kane willing to go to any of those teams?"

The 34-year-old is set to become an unrestricted free agent this summer and has spent his entire 16-year career in the NHL with Chicago after they drafted him first overall back in 2007. Kane's decision on whether or not he wants to leave Chicago is expected to come within ten days of the March 3rd deadline and with his contract containing a no-movement clause, the Buffalo native has full control on where he could go.
