On Friday, the Edmonton Oilers announced a slew of changes to their off-ice staff in the scouting and development departments.

Among the changes was the addition of future Hall-of-Fame defenceman Duncan Keith, who just retired from the National Hockey League in July, as a Player Development Consultant.
Keith, 39, spent 17 years in the NHL, 16 with the Chicago Blackhawks and one with the Edmonton Oilers. During his time in the NHL, Keith won the Stanley Cup three times and Norris Trophy twice. In 2017 as part of the NHL's centennial celebrations, Keith was named one of the 100 greatest players in league history.
Among the other additions to the Oilers staff was eight-year NHL veteran Warren Rychel as a professional scout and Milan Tichy, who was named Director of Amateur European Scouting.
