The Montreal Canadiens skated on Monday morning ahead of their game at the Bell Centre against the Toronto Maple Leafs. As training camp winds down, each pre-season game roster will look more and more like the opening night lineup and that will be the case with the Canadiens on Monday as they get a trio of players back from injury.

Sean Monahan and Madison Bowey will both play their first game in a Canadiens uniform as they return from their respective injuries, while Josh Anderson is also back after suffering an infection due to a spider bite.

Here is Montreal's projected lineup for Monday's game vs Toronto:

Drouin - Monahan - Anderson
Slafkovsky - Dach - Hoffman
Dadonov - Dvorak - Gallagher
Simoneau - Gignac - Belzile

Matheson - Leskinen
Xhekaj - Barron
Schueneman - Bowey

Allen
Poulin

Meanwhile, newly-appointed captain Nick Suzuki will play the first game with the 'C' on his jersey on Tuesday night during the second of a back-to-back when the Canadiens face the Ottawa Senators.

Suzuki has missed all of training camp thus far and hasn't appeared in any pre-season games since suffering a lower-body injury. The London (Ontario) native sustained the injury after colliding with Joel Edmundson during an informal skate, the latter of whom is still out with a back injury.

Puck drop for Monday's game against the Maple Leafs is set for 7 p.m. ET and can be viewed on TSN2, TSN4 and RDS.
