Marian Hossa led a remarkable hockey career, skating in over 1,300 NHL games and scoring 1,134 points. Hossa won three Stanley Cups and in 2021 was inducted to the Hockey Hall of Fame, joining Stan Mikita and Peter Stastny as the only three Slovaks to receive the honor.

Now, five years after his retirement, he is set to release his autobiography detailing his entire hockey career, from his modest beginnings in Trenčin, Slovakia -- a small, 55,000 person city near the Czechia border -- to being one of the NHL's premier power forwards for 19 seasons.

Chicago sports writer, Scott Powers, helped Hossa write the book, and according to him, every team Hossa played for will have its own chapter in the book. Hossa played for five NHL clubs -- Ottawa, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Chicago. The book is set to release on November 8 and is available for pre-order now.
