According to TSN's Darren Dreger, the Edmonton Oilers have agreed to terms on a five-year contract worth $25 million ($5 million AAV) with free agent goaltender Jack Campbell.

Campbell, 30, has spent the last two and a half seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs. In 49 games this season with the Maple Leafs during the 2021-22 season, had a 31-9-6 record with a 2.64 GAA, a .914 save percentage and five shutouts.

The Maple Leafs reportedly never offered Jack Campbell a contract, and opted to go out and trade for Matt Murray earlier this week. Toronto has also reportedly agreed to terms on a one-year deal with Ilya Samsonov.
