Local Authorities Investigating Threats/Racial Remarks Directed at Nazem Kadri

After last night's drama featuring Kadri & Jordan Binnington, Akim Aliu alleges the Avalanche center was the target of several racial attacks & threats. Game 3 was in St. Louis, so naturally the visiting team would be subject to negative feedback, but racially charged behavior & threats of any sort supersede sport.

Kadri's past has its controversies, but he's clearly a fierce competitor who plays with an edge. Just a year ago he received an eight-game suspension for an illegal check to the head of STL's Justin Faulk.

Recently he's been a model NHL citizen & highly effective, however, until his collision with Jordan Binnington that launched Water Bottle-gate. St. Louis authorities have been notified & are actively working with Kadri & working with the team to investigate.
