There's no doubt Keith Tkachuk is proud of both his sons. Matthew and Brady Tkachuk have both made their marks in the league at a young age and are well-known to fans regardless of which team they cheer for. But, apparently, not everything they do is worth parting with your hat.

During game one of the second round Stanley Cup Playoffs series between the Calgary Flames and Edmonton Oilers, Matthew Tkachuk scored a hat for Calgary in a huge 9-6. As hats were being thrown on the ice, Keith was asked if he was going to toss his. His answer was pretty clear.

At one point, you can see Keith mouth the words "It's my favourite hat!". By the way, the hat in question is from OB Clarks, a bar in St. Louis that the Blues have been known to frequent throughout the years and one where the team partied after winning the Stanley Cup in 2019. We're sure Matthew didn't mind too much. Perhaps Keith will have to stop wearing his favourite lid to the arena from now on.
