Gaudreau Scores After Whistle, Tkachuk Drops w/ Klingberg; Game 2 Off to a Good Start (VIDEO)

After Game 1, it was evident that this series --like several others-- would be a testy affair to say the least. There were several scrums & dust-ups, as per usual. Matthew Tkachuk dumped John Klingberg:

Then Johnny Gaudreau failed to hear the ref's whistle & shot the puck in the net while the play was dead. Stars players naturally took issue & let it be known. Rather than let Klingberg get the first lick, Matthew Tkachuk made sure to lock him up first:
