After fans across the world helped pay for his fine, Ryan Hartman announced on Thursday exactly where the money will be going. Hartman was fined for flipping off Oilers forward Evander Kane, and fans and Kane's ex-wife took action in making sure that Hartman was appreciated for the gesture.

The Wild's first line center was overwhelmed by how much money was sent to him, and explained that he would be donating the money to Children's Minnesota.

"Wow. Overwhelmed by the amount of donations I have received to help pay for my fine. You fans are amazing. I will be paying for it with my own money, but wanted to let everyone know that any money sent to me by 7 pm on Friday will be donated to Children's Minnesota."

The 27-year-old has enjoyed a breakout season playing on Minnesota's top line with Kirill Kaprizov and Mats Zuccarello, posting 56 points (29 goals, 27 assists) in 72 games this season. Hartman has always been known to be a class-act, and this donation will just prove the point further.
