Call it the battle of the two Kyles. Toronto Maple Leafs GM Kyle Dubas took the podium Monday after the trade deadline had passed to talk about what his team had done. However, talk quickly turned to leaked details that the Maple Leafs had been targeting goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury, who was a member of the Chicago Blackhawks at the time. Dubas was clear that he didn't like that his pursuit of Fleury had become public.

"I'm disappointed that that conversation is public," Dubas said to TSN's Darren Dreger, who was the reporter to release details on the Fleury talks. "I'm not criticizing you, I've just never had that before where these specifics like that have been made public. I think, frankly, that's probably a conversation to ask [Blackhawks GM] Kyle Davidson on his availability in Chicago."

Davidson was indeed asked about Dubas's comments later in the day. However, he wasn't willing to talk about what happened publicly.

"I'm aware of his comments and that's something I'll address in private with Kyle," said Davidson.

It's unclear who leaked the details to Dreger. According to a Tweet from the reporter, Toronto was actually looking at possibly acquiring both Fleury and Brandon Hagel, in exchange for Petr Mrazek, Matthew Knies and 1st round picks. Hagel was dealt to Tampa Bay before Monday, while Fleury went to the Minnesota Wird.
