New Avs defenseman Josh Manson with a great quote on now playing on a team with Cale Makar

Newly acquired Colorado Avalanche defenseman Josh Manson was yet another individual that was quick to realize how dynamic of a player teammate Cale Makar is. During Sunday's press conference, Manson left a quote of great admiration towards the 23-year-old.

»It's kinda tough, I was actually laughing at myself sitting on the bench. Everytime he comes off for a shift you're like good play, good play, good play, that was a nice play. You gotta like start picking and choosing when you say stuff to him. You know what I mean, because every time he comes off the ice, it's like you made a good play there and a good play there.»

The Avalanche are currently first in the entire league in points with 93 (44-13-5) in 62 games played. They seem like one of the main contenders for the Stanley Cup yet again, and they are primed for another deep playoff run.
