NHL insider Elliotte Friedman announced who the Capitals will be bringing in and it appears they have poached a coach from a rival team.

The Capitals have been linked to Leafs assistant coach Spencer Carbery for a little bit now.

The Capitals will hope that Carbery can revitalize the careers of their older players while also kickstarting the careers of the younger ones.

Due to his success all throughout his coaching career, the Capitals have a solid coach in Carbery who will likely be an NHL coach for a long time.
